We invite submissions from established and emerging artists, welcoming BMFA members and non-members to showcase your work and celebrate with the creative community.

APPLICATION & REPRODUCTION POLICY
Your application will be accepted based on the following criteria:
● All work must be original
● You must be the artist or designer and maker of the art or fine craft represented by your application
● If you are selling prints please ensure they are numbered and signed limited editions.
The BMFA will inform artists if any of their work does not meet summer show standards or policies and may take any action deemed necessary for compliance including your dismissal from the event, without refund or any other claim, at any time.
EXHIBITOR GENERAL INFORMATION
● This event is rain or shine.
● Please ensure that your tent is fire retardant. There should be a tag attesting attesting to this on the tent. Fire Code Tags are CAN/ULC-S109 or NFPA 701.
● It is the Artist’s responsibility to carry insurance and to ensure their artwork is secure.
● Maximum booth/tent size is 10’ x 10’ (3.05 m x 3.05 m)
● The BMFA is not responsible for any loss, personal injury, or damages to patrons or volunteers that may arise in relation to participation in the Arts Market.
POLICY & PROCEDURES
● Exhibitors may not sublet their booths. Exhibitors who do not comply will be asked to leave the show. The booth fee will not be refunded.
● If you forfeit your spot it will be given to the next Artist on our waiting list. If you are aware you can not participate ahead of the acceptance emails please let us know. If you do not pay your booth fee by the payment deadline your spot will be given to another Artisan on our waiting list.
● Booth fees will not be refunded after the payment deadline of April 16, 2025. Booth fees are not refunded if an exhibitor fails to attend the show.
ADVERTISING, MARKETING & SOCIALS
BMFA and Creative Simcoe Street will actively promote the Collingwood Art Market, and will reach out to artists for photos to create promotional materials. Participating artists are strongly encouraged to share the event through all platforms available to them.
