A new Community Outreach program called “Artful Connections” is being established in Collingwood and surrounding communities. The program plans to provide initial one-on-one art sessions to community members who cannot leave their homes and grow to provide Group Art sessions in retirement residences.
With an innovative partnership model with a Private Home Care Agency, Jason Alexander’s Art School and BMFA Member Artists, the vision of “Artful Connections” is to improve home-bound community members’ quality of life and mental health.
We invite you to attend an Information Session about the “Artful Connections” program, how it’s planned to be introduced to the community and opportunities for Artist involvement.
