The Blue Mountain Foundation for the Arts is a non-profit, community Arts organization based in Collingwood, Ontario – 2 hours north of Toronto.

BMFA's mission:

to inspire excellence in the visual arts
through educational and creative opportunities.

The BMFA Arts Centre is a renovated Victorian storefront building, located next to the Gayety Theatre, in Collingwood's Downtown Historical District.

The Arts Centre's two galleries feature 1200 sq. ft of professional-level exhibition and performance space.

The BMFA has monthly exhibitions of traditional and contemporary art from local and regional artists and artisans. We also host community talks, art presentations, musical performances, poetry readings and workshops.

The Collingwood Arts & Culture Award

In 2014, the BMFA became the proud recipient of the Collingwood Arts & Culture Award.
The award and a plaque now reside in the gallery for public viewing.

Monday - Friday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Until further notice, the Gallery will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays
Open Wednesdays - Saturdays 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
and Sundays 12:00 am - 3:00 pm
